Join Us for Human Walk on May 4 at Scope Plaza

Shelter dogs from across Hampton Roads are joining together to lend a paw to help human office workers.  These unfortunate people often are confined to small spaces day in and day out with limited access to fresh air and sunshine. Break out of the cubicle on May 4 and these selfless pups will take you for a refreshing walk to show that shelter dogs are awesome dogs!  Download flyer here.

Happy Tails: Coco Finds New Home and Now Chills by the Pool!

Meet Coco, a lab mix NACC alum, who was discovered by the Alexander family when they were searching for a playmate for their dog Rosie.

She now enjoys playing with her new friend, bird watching from the porch and chilling by the pool thanks to her adoptive family and the support of the NACC staff working to find the perfect match. Read Coco's story.
